Larry the Balloon Man was at the North Battleford Good Neighbour Network’s fifth annual Neighbourhood Wellness Block Party on Saturday. He was a hit with the kids. Larry attends various events, parties and school functions, going through up to 1,500 balloons a week.Photo by Jayne Foster
