聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 A Kamsack woman has begun filming interviews with residents which by this summer will be shown in a weekly cable television series entitled Good Vibes Live.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Annette Purchase said the intent of the series of one-hour shows is to bring 鈥済ood vibrations鈥 to the community.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 鈥淏asically, the show will focus on people in the community who make a difference but often go unnoticed,鈥 she said last week, explaining that the series will be carried on the Access TV cable service, which is seen on Channel 7 or 207 in Kamsack.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Purchase explained that the interviews she is conducting are held in her dining room, giving them a more relaxed atmosphere for the guests, and then some interviews will be on location for added scenes.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 She recently filmed an interview with Carol Marriot, who conducts Raven Horse Wisdom Life Coaching at Ravenheart Farms, and said that when the weather warms she plans to film additional scenes with the horses at the farm.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Purchase will be producing, directing and editing the shows, having worked with Cole Smith, a producer with Access TV.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 鈥淔or the past five years I鈥檝e helped Cole do interviews and camera work and I鈥檝e wanted to do this for a long time,鈥 she said.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 It is Purchase鈥檚 intent to have between five and seven shows ready to air by the time the first episode airs by mid-summer. The plan is to film 13 episodes which are to air weekly, but she has not yet been told the days or times of those airings.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Among subjects being considered are sessions with a yoga instructor and a pre-school teacher and hopefully a first responder and firefighter.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 鈥淲e want to do shows centred around Canada鈥檚 150th anniversary,鈥 she said. 鈥淚鈥檓 very excited to be doing this and bringing these people to light.鈥
