A number of students at Yorkdale Central School were recognized for their achievements in the annual Royal Canadian Legion Poster and Literary contest.
Recently Yorkton Legion Branch #77 Past President, Peter Wyatt, and First Vice-President, Ken Gordon visited the school to present the awards.
Winners were; Piper Beatty (first, junior poster, colour), Eli Beatty (first,Ìýprimary poster, colour), Marissa Budz (second, intermediate poem),and Ruby Rowe (third, primary poster, colour)
