On March 18, 2019 Yorkton RCMP responded to a home invasion where three people forcibly entered a residence and assaulted two people inside.
Jordan IRONSTAND(23) is currently in custody and charged with the following offences:
路 Robbery as per Sec. 344 of the Criminal Code (CC);
路 Possession Weapon for Dangerous Purpose as per Sec. 88 CC;
路 Break and Enter with intent as per Sec. 348(1)(b) CC;
路 Aggravated Assault as per Sec. 268(2) CC;
路 Assault With a Weapon as per Sec. 267(a) CC;
路 Uttering Threats as per Sec. 264.1 CC;
路 Breach Probation as per Sec. 733.1 CC;
路 Breach Undertaking as per Sec. 145 (3) CC.
Terran FINLAY (18) is currently in custody and charged with the following offences:
路 Robbery as per Sec. 344 of the Criminal Code (CC);
路 Possession Weapon for Dangerous Purpose as per Sec. 88 CC;
路 Break and Enter with intent as per Sec. 348(1)(b) CC;
路 Aggravated Assault as per Sec. 268(2) CC;
路 Assault With a Weapon as per Sec. 267(a) CC;
路 Uttering Threats as per Sec. 264.1 CC;
路 Disguise with Intent as per Sec. 351(1) CC.
The third person involved is a young offender who has been charged and arrested:
路 Robbery as per Sec. 344 of the Criminal Code (CC);
路 Possession Weapon for Dangerous Purpose as per Sec. 88 CC;
路 Break and Enter with intent as per Sec. 348(1)(b) CC;
路 Aggravated Assault as per Sec. 268(2) CC;
路 Assault With a Weapon as per Sec. 267(a) CC;
路 Uttering Threats as per Sec. 264.1 CC;
路 Disguise with Intent as per Sec. 351(1) CC;
