We present again the photo of the Adams farm at Tonkin, taken on October 2, 1914. A local antique tractors enthusiast, Wally Neumann informs us that the photo features a Canadian made steam engine and appears to be a 1912 Model, with a horsepower rating of 25. It was not manufactured in Iowa as previously thought, but in Waterloo, Ontario. It was a sharp looking, bright red and grey tractor, and no doubt the pride of the owners, and the crew who gathered for the photo.
