The annual general meeting of the Society for the Involvement of Good Neighbours (SIGN) will be held Wednesday, June 19, at SIGN on Broadway.

The meeting will provide an overview of the past year’s activities of the board of directors and the programs of the organization through reports by the chair of the board and the executive director. Also presented will be the financial report, and the auditor’s review.

The directors of the board will be elected at the meeting. The board consists of 7 to 11 persons, each elected annually for a one-year term. The new board will meet after the AGM to elect its officers.

Registration for the meeting starts at 5.30 pm, following by dinner at 6 pm. The meeting will be called to order at 7 pm. Cost to attend is $20, which includes the dinner and annual membership in SIGN. The meeting is open to all interested persons, but only members are eligible to vote at the meeting.Ìý

The meeting will be held in the Regency Room, lower level of SIGN on Broadway, 345 Broadway Street West in Yorkton.
