Richard Lesann is led from the Queen's Bench Court House into a waiting RCMP cruiser after Madam Justice C.L. Dawson delivered a verdict of criminally not responsible due to mental disorder for the March 2011 killing of Tammy Kulaway. Lesann is remanded in custody at Regina Provincial Correctional Centre awaiting a Review Board hearing that will determine what happens to him moving forward.
