Saskatoon RCMP have laid 10 charges against one individual after a fatal two vehicle collision on Highway #41 south of Aberdeen on Jan. 23, 2020.
A 34-year-old male from Aberdeen, SK, has been arrested and charged with the following offences:
路 Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm, contrary to Sec. 221 of the Criminal Code;
路 Impaired Driving Causing Death, contrary to Sec. 320.14(3) of the Criminal Code;
路 Drive Over 08 Causing Death, contrary to Sec. 320.14(3) of the Criminal Code;
路 Dangerous Driving Causing Death, contrary to Sec. 320.13(3) of the Criminal Code
路 Two counts of Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm, contrary to Sec. 320.14(2) of the Criminal Code;
路 Two counts of Drive Over 08 Causing Bodily Harm, contrary to Sec. 320.14(2) of the Criminal Code; and
路 Two counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm, contrary to Sec. 320.13(2) of the Criminal Code.
